Helping the team to create an amazing patient experience. Duties will include reception, phone, scheduling patients and responding to emails. Preliminary testing of patients and assisting the doctors as needed. Advising patients on lens and frame selections, ordering glasses and contact lenses. Basic repairs and in general helping to keep the office tidy.
