"We just attended the Dispensing 2.0 bootcamp led by Joyce this past week. Joyce is amazing at working through the material quickly (efficiently!) while still explaining everything, and breaking it up with hands-on demonstrations. I had so many 'ah hah!' moments that day about things I knew I needed more understanding on, such as the different markings on a pair of lenses. So many things clicked for me after that day!
It can be a challenge to leave the clinic for a day to attend training, but it is totally worth it. Our staff learned a lot and had lots to talk about and share when we returned to work! Thank you Joyce, I hope we get to attend another bootcamp with you again!"
