Associate Optometrist – Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Under the leadership of Dr. Stephanie Van de Ven, we are entering an exciting new chapter: a rebrand, future clinic updates, and an expanded focus on specialty services — all designed to enhance both the patient and staff experience.

We have a loyal, established patient base and a highly experienced team that is committed to supporting our doctors and delivering top-tier care.

Compensation & Schedule
- Earning potential: Associates working 5 days/week typically earn $180,000–$200,000+ annually with primary care, with even greater potential when factoring in specialty services
- Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Steady daytime hours — no evenings
- 1–2 Saturday mornings per month (closed on long weekends)

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Optometrist in Ontario
- Member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)
- Committed to excellent patient care and clinical quality
- Friendly, professional, and a collaborative team player
- Interest in specialty services is a plus (but not required)
- Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a modernizing clinic
