Associate Optometrist - Full Scope Optometry Practice

I am looking for a motivated associate to join my practice. Bluewater Optometry is one of my 9 practices, and we have a collection of 17 Optometrists that collaborate together, and meet monthly or every other month for dinners focused on a topic of the group's choice. I am a very forward-thinking optometrist who believes in setting the groundwork in my practice so my associates can practice to the fullest scope of optometry they are able to. This is done by supporting them with the technology and staff to excel in patient care and patient experience. In my practice you will be given the tools and coaching to maximize your ability to care for your patients with the highest standard of care and in turn will have the opportunity to maximize your compensation.

•- Zeiss Forum Review Software with Glaucoma Workplace and Retina Workplace

•- IPL & Radio Frequency for Dry Eye Disease Treatment

•- Access to Corneal Topography

•- Well trained CCOAs that will do pretest, case history, VAs, CV, Stereo
