Associate Optometrist Position in Beautiful Comox, Vancouver Island

VisionWorks Optometry, located in beautiful Comox, Vancouver Island is seeking a Full-Time Associate Optometrist! 

We have a busy independent boutique optical with a dry eye practice within. Our fun culture and unique frame selection set us apart.  We have 10 amazing staff alongside our Doctors and together we provide an outstanding patient experience from the time our Guests arrive to when they leave.

We are equipped with modern instrumentation including a brand new Optos Monaco, automated (and manual) phoropter, Humphrey VF, anterior seg. camera … plus all the features the dry eye suite offers... IPL, LLLT, I-lux, meibography, Tear-Lab, NITBUT etc.

This position would allow for up to 5 working days, if desired, although our excellent remuneration structure would allow for a great 4 day work week.  We have a very high daily revenue per patient and therefore,  Associates should expect to take home on average between $1000-$1300 daily. This is based on an average of 12-16 patients per day, which allows us to form great relationships with our patients. Furthermore, candidates interested in dry eye management (which would be a great Bonus!) additional compensation will be given for completing dry eye assessments. A signing bonus and/or moving bonus may also be discussed and offered.
