$200,000 first year guaranteed minimum. 

Monday-Friday hours with no weekends. All days worked at one location.

New grads qualify for $10,000 bonus after 1,000 hours worked.

Our busy practice is growing and we have a full-time Associate Optometrist position available.  We are a high dispensing clinic which provides our Associate Optometrists with excellent remuneration.  Pay is based on percentage of gross revenue with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000 in the first year with full time hours. 

We provide full-scope Optometry with a very large and busy dispensary that was recently renovated in 2016.  We have 2 pretest lanes and 4 full sized and fully equipped exam lanes. Our equipment includes Topcon Maestro OCT/Fundus Cameras, Neurolens, iLux, Humphrey Visual Field analyzer, auto-refractor, FDT, digital acuity charts, NCT, Perkins tonometers, and Goldmann tonometers. We offer myopia control and have a focus on dry eye treatments.  Each Optometrist has their own pretester and pretest lane. Contact lens training is done by staff.  There is opportunity to buy into our busy practice as a partner/owner.

Our rural area has much to offer including many surrounding lakes, camping, fishing, hunting, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and more.  St. Paul is only a 2 hour drive from Edmonton making the city amenities and airport easily accessible.
