Optometric Assistant - No Evenings, No Weekends

Calgary Vision Centre is a busy optometric practice located in downtown Calgary. We are looking for a new employee to join our team as an Optometric Assistant (Full Time or Part Time).  As an Optometric Assistant, you will be responsible for pre-testing patients using the latest technology, answering phone calls and booking appointments, and assisting patients with check-in and check-out procedures. You will also help with the fitting of contact lens fitting and glasses, if you have experience in these areas. If not, we will provide training for you. Experience in an optometric practice is an asset, but not required. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.  We offer competitive pay, and a flexible schedule with no evenings and no weekends. The salary range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
