Associate Optometrist – Full-Time & Part-Time | London, ON

This role is available immediately, with flexibility around start date for the right candidate.

• A collaborative team environment that values autonomy and clinical excellence
• Experienced optical staff manage most eyewear consultations and product discussions, allowing doctors to focus on patient care
• Strong front desk and pre-testing support
• Established specialty services in Dry Eye and AMD Management, with opportunities to lead or expand involvement based on interest

Compensation & Schedule

• Earning potential: Associates working 5 days/week typically earn $180,000–$200,000+ annually with primary care, with additional income opportunity through specialty services
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Daytime hours only — no evenings
• 1–2 Saturday mornings per month (closed on long weekends)
• Schedules are designed to be fair and sustainable

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Optometrist in Ontario
• Member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)
• Committed to high-quality patient care and strong clinical standards
• Professional, personable, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Interest in specialty services is an asset, but not required
