We are pleased to offer an opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a well-supported clinic with advanced technology, a loyal patient base, and a team committed to excellent patient care.
This role is available immediately, with flexibility around start date for the right candidate.

Our clinic has proudly served the London community for over 35 years and has built a strong reputation for patient-centered care. We have a loyal, established patient base and a highly experienced team that supports our doctors and contributes to a professional, collaborative clinical environment.

- Access to advanced technology, including MacuMira, IPL, Radiofrequency, Low-Level Light Therapy, Neurolens, Optos, OCT, and more
- A collaborative team environment that values autonomy and clinical excellence
- Experienced optical staff manage most eyewear consultations and product discussions, allowing doctors to focus on patient care
- Strong front desk and pre-testing support
- Established specialty services in Dry Eye and AMD Management, with opportunities to lead or expand involvement based on interest
Compensation & Schedule
- Earning potential: Associates working 5 days/week typically earn $180,000–$200,000+ annually with primary care, with additional income opportunity through specialty services
- Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Daytime hours only — no evenings
- 1–2 Saturday mornings per month (closed on long weekends)
- Schedules are designed to be fair and sustainable
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Optometrist in Ontario
- Member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)
- Committed to high-quality patient care and strong clinical standards
- Professional, personable, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Interest in specialty services is an asset, but not required
